Before Brett started back to school we took a family vacation to Hilton Head Island. We love the beach in the winter! There is no traffic, there are no crowds, we basically feel like we have the whole beach to ourselves. The condominium where we stayed had a year-round outdoor pool and hot tub that we enjoyed daily. In addition we took the kids to the beach everyday for picnics, went to several playgrounds, and had leisurely meals at local restaurants...our favorite? Seafood...the kids favorite? Pancakes!
